Additional Charges
Living Materials
An additional charge applies to shipments of living materials. Items marked with an asterisk (*) include Living Material Cards. Please allow 3–4 weeks after you send in your card for delivery of living materials. Inclement weather may delay your shipment of living materials to ensure you receive quality product. Living materials are not returnable. Currently we cannot ship living materials to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or International countries.

Damages
Please call customer service within 10 days of delivery to report damaged shipments. All carriers reserve the right to inspect damaged shipments. We suggest that visibly damaged shipments be refused at the time of delivery.
